Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our products/services. The Lead Generation Specialist will employ various strategies and tools to generate leads, engage with prospects, and ultimately contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Identification and Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Utilize online platforms, databases, and other tools to gather information about potential clients.

2. Outbound Prospecting:

  • Develop and implement outbound lead generation strategies to reach target audiences.
  • Use various communication channels, including emails, cold calling, and social media, to initiate contact with potential leads.

3.Lead Qualification:

  • Evaluate leads to determine their level of interest and qualification.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead requirements and refine the qualification process.

4. Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the system.
  • Regularly clean and organize lead databases to ensure data integrity.

5. Campaign Development:

  • Assist in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and messaging.

6.Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

7. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to improve lead generation strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP/ CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimise lead generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the industry and target audience.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Only Gujarat Candidate Preferable.
  • Experience in IT company preferable.
