BDE Intern

At Bizople Solutions, we are looking for enthusiastic final-year students or recent graduates who are eager to start their career in Business Development and IT Sales, especially in the Odoo ERP domain.

As a BDE Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy while working closely with our experienced business development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn how IT services and ERP solutions are positioned in the market, understand client requirements, and contribute to business growth while receiving proper mentorship and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online platforms.
  • Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
  • Support in follow-ups with prospects and scheduling meetings.
  • Learn about Odoo ERP services, implementation process, and customization offerings.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies and market research activities.

This role is dynamic, target-oriented, and growth-driven. You’ll be encouraged to take initiative, develop strong communication skills, and maintain a proactive, “get it done” mindset to achieve business goals.

Must Have

  • MBA (Marketing/IT), BBA, B.E., B.tech, MCA (Pursuing/Completed)
  • Interest in IT services and ERP sales
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation and sales process
  • Confident in email, LinkedIn, and call communication
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM
  • Good research and analytical skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Odoo or any ERP/CRM software
  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach or email marketing
  • Understanding of IT industry basics
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Prior sales/business development internship
