We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong focus on lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving the growth of our client base. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and ensuring sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, social media, and industry events.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets, customers, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, build relationships, and understand their business needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at converting leads into long-term clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches that highlight the value of our services to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes that align with company goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align lead generation and sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record in lead generation and sales.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the IT industry, particularly with Odoo ERP, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
