Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our products/services. The Lead Generation Specialist will employ various strategies and tools to generate leads, engage with prospects, and ultimately contribute to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
- Utilize online platforms, databases, and other tools to gather information about potential clients.
2. Outbound Prospecting:
- Develop and implement outbound lead generation strategies to reach target audiences.
- Use various communication channels, including emails, cold calling, and social media, to initiate contact with potential leads.
3.Lead Qualification:
- Evaluate leads to determine their level of interest and qualification.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand lead requirements and refine the qualification process.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the system.
- Regularly clean and organize lead databases to ensure data integrity.
5. Campaign Development:
- Assist in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and messaging.
6.Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to improve lead generation strategies.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/ CRM software and lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimise lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with the industry and target audience.
Preferred Candidates:
- Only Gujarat Candidate Preferable.
- Experience in IT company preferable.
