Odoo Project Manager

As an Odoo Project Manager with 3+ years of experience, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP implementations — on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You’ll bridge the gap between clients and developers, ensuring that every project drives real business impact.

Your Focus Areas

• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP projects — from planning to successful go-live.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable Odoo solutions.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate between functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to track deliverables and maintain transparency.
• Manage change requests efficiently and ensure all project documentation is up to date.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuously enhance client satisfaction.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry (Odoo ERP experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business workflows, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects successfully.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Odoo are a plus.
