Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Odoo Tech Lead to oversee the development, customization, and integration of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Odoo's framework and a proven ability to lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers to deliver ERP solutions.
  • Analyze business needs and provide customized solutions within the Odoo framework.
  • Architect and design Odoo modules and features based on client requirements.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Odoo applications.
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and optimization for performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo modules and custom features.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs or connectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for ongoing Odoo projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, frameworks, and best practices.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, and framework.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing Odoo development teams.
  • Expertise in customizing Odoo ERP modules .
  • Experience with Odoo integration using APIs and external systems.
  • Proficient in database management and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, using tools like GitLab or JIRA.
  • Odoo certification is a plus.
