Job description

As a Sales Executive at Bizople Solutions Pvt. Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the promotion and sales of our extensive range of IT products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to forge lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business expansion.

  2. Product and Service Knowledge:
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product and service offerings.
    • Articulate and communicate the unique value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.

  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions.

  4. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach efforts.

  5. Sales Presentations and Demos:
    • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our solutions.

  6. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Conduct negotiations and finalize deals in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of accounts.

  7. Sales Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
    • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in an IT company.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
